Country of destination

Galerie Pénélope ships its Products to France, to the Member States of the European Union, as well as to the United Kingdom and the United States, and may, upon prior request, ship them to any country.

Your purchase will be shipped to you with insurance, the package with an invoice will be tracked and delivered against signature to the delivery address indicated at the time of order.

Unless expressly requested by the Customer, all shipments will be made by the Post Office according to the rates presented on the Site. 

The order is delivered to the recipient against signature of a delivery slip.

Processing time

The time required to process an order may vary according to the specificities of each Product. 

Estimated delivery times

Galerie Penelope provides you with these time estimates as an indication but cannot guarantee them. 

In addition, Galerie Pénélope is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

• France: 1-3 working days
• North America: 5-10 business days
• Europe: 3-5 working days

Customs and import taxes

Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the Client.
